1. WILL IT WORK?
This coaching program is designed to make it super easy for you to crack your own code - to figure out what you really want and to break through your limitations and whatever it is that's been keeping you stuck. I guide you step by step, so you're not overwhelmed...and you're actually having fun! We're in this together! But you have to do the work! As with anything worth doing, the more you put in, the more you get out of it.
2. WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO QUIT MY JOB?
The course isn’t about quitting anything—because that’s not always the answer. Besides, until you complete this course, you won’t know where you want to go. And in fact, you might find that with the right changes and learning how to think differently, you can make your current situation work for you. So don’t waste your time searching for jobs until you take this course.
If you’re determined to find a new gig, then this will give you the roadmap to figuring out what job would be an ideal fit. Taking this course will help you cut down on your search time, give you better questions to ask—and stronger ways to answer—at your next job interview, help you be more effective at networking and at making decisions faster with more confidence.

3. I’M AN ENTREPRENEUR, DOES THIS APPLY?
Sure does! As an entrepreneur myself, and as someone who has coached entrepreneurs for 10 years I know very intimately how difficult it is to launch and run a business. It can be lonely and overwhelming. All the risk that you’re taking on, plus all the uncertainty you’re facing make for a breeding ground of stress and self-doubt. It’s also common that as business owners, you wear so many hats, which means it’s easy to get depleted…and then resent your business. But don’t give up!
Often, entrepreneurs either forget why they went into business—or they never really figured out why. It’s especially critical for entrepreneurs to do the WORK HAPPINESS METHOD, so they can lead their business confidently in a direction that serves their needs. If you don’t, it’s likely you’ll run out of steam or sanity—or both! So yes, it does apply.
4. SO WHAT'S ACTUALLY INCLUDED?

5. BUT I DON’T KNOW IF I CAN HANDLE ANOTHER TO-DO. HOW MUCH WORK IS INVOLVED?
You need about two hours a week total do the work and take advantage of coaching. You receive a video training and homework which takes about an hour. Then you have a coaching call which takes about an hour.

6. WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE GROUP COACHING?
The group coaching calls are optional and recorded. I offer them in addition to our private sessions because they accelerate your learning and provide a positive community for you. You'll notice others might ask questions that you didn’t know you had - so it increases the speed of your "aha's". Plus, it takes the edge off of feeling like you're all alone. Even though you may be successful and "have it all" - you're not crazy or ungrateful if you're questioning whether you're in the right place. It helps to hear from others in the same boat.
7. CAN’T I JUST READ A BOOK?
There are tons of great books out there. I’ve read a lot of them. And I went to graduate school to learn the science of happiness. And I’ve worked with over 1,200 professionals. From my experience, I can tell you that knowing information is not enough. You have to experience it and embody the knowledge. Which is why I've designed this to be highly immersive and engaging. You also will have a specialized accountability system and community to support you in doing the work—not just hearing about it or reading it.
8. ARE THERE RECORDINGS IF I MISS A CLASS?
YES. You receive PDF guides, worksheets, and a complete set of webinar recordings, which are yours to keep for lifetime access.
9. MAYBE THINGS AREN’T THAT BAD AFTER ALL—IS THIS WORTH IT?
That depends. How badly do you want a change? Some people are willing to feel miserable for a bit longer. If that describes you, you must realize that when your morale suffers, your performance suffers (see the stats at the top), your loved ones suffer (from your moodiness) and you’re not very engaged in or excited about your life. What exactly is it you’re waiting for? Even If your situation is tolerable enough today, chances are it will get worse. Why prolong the misery when there’s something you can do for yourself that works?
